Ok  this could also happen if the visual J# is corrupt on the system. lets try to re-install the visual J#

To uninstall and reinstall Visual J#:

1. ClickStart>Control Panel>Add and Remove Programs.
2. Locate Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 and clickUninstall.
3. Download and install Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 from the MicrosoftDownload Center.
