Hi Julien, Thanks for your reply. We had a VMware expert visit us and looked at our VMware environment. I asked about the admission control since we haven't made any changes in the HA admission control settings. We still have the HA admission control set to "Disable: Allow VM power on operations that violate availability contraints" , and we wanted the VMware expert opinion before we make any changes. He told us that "Disable: Allow VM ......" option is CORRECT. Don't enable since we have only 15 windows servers. I am puzzled. VMware tells us it is "RECOMMENDED" that we ENABLE to disallow VMs powering on if any violate availability contraints. Does it matter the number of VMs we have in our hosts? I thought this option just prevents any VMs taking up too much resource from powered on, and doesn't matter how many VMs we have on the hosts.
