Hi experts!!

Currently I have an ESXi 5.5 running in a couple of laptops. All is working fine. I need for lab purpose to run  Vmotion, Iscsi., cluster... and I don´t want to use only the build network card. So I thinking about to add another network card for my laptop. a Lenovo T430. The only way I found is to use the express card expansion slot  and to add this kind of card below:

Someone knows if this kind of card will be recognize from Esxi in the boot process? , in fact this card is

Realtek RTL8111E   , or maybe ESXi recognice the card but not the express card expansion slot , I don´t know....   a   or have a solution for expand a laptop with more NIC´s using the expresscard expansion?
