Upgrade ESX 4.0 ti ESX 4.1 U3

I want to Upgrade my ESX 4.0 Installation to 4.1 U3

Yes i know - 4.1 is still old Version and I should migrate to ESXi. We plan to do the Upgrade to Version 5 next year.

But now i Need the following File to do my Upgrade and get the SAN working:

"upgrade-from-esx4.0-to-4.1-update03-800380.zip"

Does anyone know where to get it? In my download area on VM Ware there are only Files to do this Upgrade on ESXi and those files are not compatibel to our ESX.
