Re: vcenter aborts installation !

Try the following steps . Seems like the name resolution to the DC is not working .

 

   > Remove the VCVA entry from DC/ AD

   > Edit the /etc/hosts file of VCVA and point the DC ip and name

   > Check the Time sync

   > execute this command /opt/likewise/bin/domainjoin-cli --loglevel verbose --logfile . join  <domain>  <account> <password>

  >  Ensure that the domain joined correctly via this command : /opt/likewise/bin/lw-get-status

  > Restart and check if all set
