I would very strongly encourage you to think through what you are trying to accomplish, and to re-consider the idea of using one big fire-breathing server. The community would be happy to help you work through what the relevant decisions are, if you want to share what your goals and imagined workloads are.
We would need to know:
how many virtual servers with what kinds of memory, cpu and disk (capacity and throughput and IOPS) requirements? What kind of disk do you have? Is shared storage available?
