Confirm im upgrading from version 4.1 to 5.5 right

Hello, I think im know what to do, but just want to confirm im not missing anything.

This weekend I have to reconfigure a Raid Volume on a local VMware server running VMware esxi 4.1, the free version.  We found out the Raid was configured with Raid 0 instead of Raid 5 (long story).

So the idea is, we are going to shutdown the VM's, copy the Vm Folders to a different location.  Then reconfigure the Raid to Raid 5 which will destroy everything.
Then Install VMware again.

Since we have to install VMware anyway, I wanted to upgrade to VMware 5.5 as we think we will need to install a couple 2012 servers later which is not compatible with VMware 4.

So the plan is to install VMware 5.5 (free version).  Copy the VM folders back onto the VMware server.

Then import the VM's by right clicking the config files and clicking import

Power on the VM's.  Then upgrade VMware tools on the VM.

Then Upgrade the VM Hardware on the VM's

Im I missing anything or are there any concerns that I should worry about?

Thanks

Mike
