Upgrade from 4.1 to 4.1u3

Hi there,

I'm looking to upgrade my esxi hosts from 4.1 to 4.1us before I then upgrade to 5.1

I tried installing VMware-VMvisor-Installer-4.1.0.update03-800380.x86_64.iso by booting the ISO, but it didn't find a previous install and ask to me upgrade, it just offered me a new install and said it would overwright anything on the disk.

I've not got Update manager, so saw some articles about updating via CLI, so I went to download the files for that.

However, the download mentions upgrade-from-esxi4.0-to-4.1-update03-800380.zip . 

As it says "from esxi 4.0", will this be the same files I need to update from 4.1 (without any updates) too?
