I already checked and made sure the servers where 5.5 compatible. I did not see if there was any firmware updates for the server, im assuming you mean the Bios and raid controller?  Ill have to look...

Sorry I missed the Thinapped vSphere Client. Anyway, unless you configured VM autostart/stop, restarting the Management Services shouldn't cause any issues. André

It all depends upon the HA configure.Make sure that you have set as "Leave VM power On" in HA
