I think you need to create a custom install disk using the "image builder"  I had done this in the past with 3rd party network cards.

Basically, you are going take your iso, import it into the image builder, slip in the driver(s), and export your custom iso. Burn the iso and use it to install. I had also used the custom ISO  in "update manager" between compatible versions(doesn't seem to be your case right now, but an fyi) to do an upgrade across the country.
