Can you log into CIMC/remote management and make sure that the other partitions have been turned off? I don't think you're supposed to see 30GB... You're supposed to see like 3GB.

After check the hardware compatibility, if your ESXi host is managed by vCenter and if this vCenter is running on version 4.1 too, you will need first upgrade the vCenter and then the host.
